for a Return Authorisation Number and instructions.
We only accept returns made within the first 30 days from shipment. All returned items must include a Return Authorisation Number, be in the original packaging, and show no signs of use or wear; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card order returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges are processed within approximately 1-3 business days after we have received your return. Average shipping time each way is about 3-5 business days, so the overall turn around time is about 7-14 business days. |

It may take up to 14 days (30 days for international credit cards) for your bank to process and post a credit once it has been issued. The processing time is controlled entirely by the bank. If the credit does not appear after a significant period of time, please call us at 0845 000 000. |
