Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Here at Site Name we accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.
We also accept personal cheques (please allow 7 days for cheques to clear). Please note that we do not proceed with your order until your cheque has cleared.
How do I pay for my purchase?
The easiest way to pay for your item is to purchase securely online using your credit or debit card. Simply proceed to the checkout where your details will be processed securely.
How do I use my voucher?
Your voucher code should be keyed into the ‘voucher code’ box at the checkout. This entitles you to a discount off the appropriate products, excluding the delivery charge. By entering the code the discount value will automatically be deducted from your order.
Do I pay anything extra when ordering from you?
No, unlike most other companies that charge extra for handling, the price you see on-line is the price you pay at the checkout. There is a nominal charge for delivery but this is visible at the checkout.
Don’t forget if you are lucky enough to possess a voucher the price you pay could be significantly reduced.
Delivery Questions
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are depenadant upon the size and weight of the object.
All delivery charges are transparent to the customer at the checkout.
If you have nay specific queries in relation to postal charges please contact us directly.
Does someone need to be available to accept the delivery?
Yes. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel on the day of delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am – 5.30pm; if you are not available during the day it may be easier to arrange delivery to your place of work. Site Name give you the opportunity to assign a delivery address (should you not be in a position to receive delivery at your billing address), please make use of this facility.
It is important that the individual signing for the parcel ensures that it is in perfect condition prior to signing for the item. Site Name cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged items which have not already been brought to the attention of the courier company.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Availability is identified in the product details page. This is the time it will take to process at our premises, prior to dispatch.
Please allow a further 3 working days for the postal system to deliver the item, before chasing us.
